Issued with a post on the official blog , the Rovio has announced a few hours have passed one billion downloads for their game the most successful Angry Birds. Just a few days ago Rovio celebrated reaching 50 million downloads of Angry Birds Space during the first 35 days of life, and now get to celebrate another great goal: to reach over 1 billion downloads of the cult game Angry Birds!
In 2011 the company announced a proceeds of € 74.5 million ($ 106.3 million), with a profit of € 48 million ($ 67.6 million). The download of Angry Birds have reached 648 million at the end of 2011, for the first 5 months of 2012 were made 352 million.
The first game was originally launched in December 2009 and in just six months had reached 5 million downloads.
Built for iPhone OS, now you can find the game Angry Birds on various platforms such as Android, OS X, Facebook, Google Chrome, Sony PSPS, and PlayStation 3! So, congratulations to Rovio for the historic task achieved.
