Samsung counterattack, France sued Apple in court

 

Apple recently acquired a certain number of victories in legal battles before the Samsung , but not so that rival South Korea to accept defeat. In today’s (now Vietnam), Samsung has revealed the complaint Apple filed a copyright on the French court. This petition was actually filed with the district court in France from July, and the first trial is expected to open in December.


Samsung does not clearly disclose the reasons above, but based on the latest developments as the Galaxy tab 7.7 was withdrawn from the IFA 2011 shortly after launch, or German courts still maintain a ban on selling on Galaxy Tab 10.1 , we can speculate that the Korean electronics companies do not want to stand for Apple dominates sales. Samsung’s complaint focuses on the rights of the technology, not related to the design of products, including three copyright-related technology by Samsung 3G UMTS. The device is put into focus this time 3G/3GS iPhone, iPhone 3G iPad 4 and early.
